Daily training Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM. Professional coaching, a personalized plan, and measured results every two months.
Most players only train after school, tired and squeezed between practices. Homeschool athletes have the mornings.
At 7AR, those mornings become three hours of structured work every weekday — the same daily rhythm used in professional player development.
Your family keeps its homeschool curriculum. We focus entirely on your child as a baseball or softball player.
Technical work every day, with individual correction.
Position-specific defense, footwork, and game reads.
Conditioning, stretching, and recovery for every athlete.
One day a week for mindset and baseball fundamentals.
Measured results delivered to parents every two months.
Post-workout snacks, protein bars, fruit, drinks — plus program uniform.
A full evaluation of every athlete in the first week sets their starting point.
Training is adjusted to each athlete’s strengths, gaps, and position.
Every two months, parents receive a report with measured results.

15+ years in professional baseball. Former athletic trainer coordinator for the New York Yankees in the Dominican Republic, and with the Houston Astros, Navegantes del Magallanes, and the Venezuela National Team.
We guide every athlete through each stage of the path — high school, college, and professional baseball.

Helping to shape our community
Welcome to 7AR Academy, a daily baseball and softball development program built for homeschool athletes.
Founded by Aldrey Rincones and MLB veteran Robinson Chirinos, 7AR brings a professional academy model to Fate, Texas: three hours of structured training every weekday morning, led by coaches with professional and international experience.
Homeschool families have something most athletes don’t the flexibility to train while others are in a classroom.
Our program turns those mornings into consistent, measurable progress: hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, strength, conditioning, and the mental side of the game.
Every athlete starts with a full evaluation in the first week. From there, training is personalized, and parents receive a progress report with measured results every two months.
