About 7AR Baseball

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength”

Who are we?

We are Aldrey Rincones & Robinson Chirinos. 7AR is a full service baseball training facility and lifelong dream of ours. We have a passion for baseball and teaching baseball. Come train with us! God first! Our passion is baseball, and our main goal is teaching in an environment with professional instruction for both baseball and softball players of all ages. We teach the player to his talents, we do not use the cookie cutter instruction method that you find at other baseball training facilities. We want to be part of your players growth and development with the vision of them playing at the highest level.

Aldrey Rincones

Aldrey was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where we grew up playing baseball and in 1998, he was invited to represent the Venezuelan National Team in the Guadalajara Pan-American games. In 2000, he was also invited to play with the Venezuelan National Team in Canada at the Baseball World Cup. Aldrey then came to the United States, attended Rockwall High School, where he played baseball and graduated from in 2003. Aldrey had signed offers from the Baltimore Orioles, the New York Yankees, Florida Marlins and the Cincinnati Reds. Then from 2004-2014 played winter ball in Venezuela and Puerto Rico. Aldrey began his coaching career with the Dallas Tigers in 2015. He has worked extensively as a private hitting and pitching instructor for multiple Major League pitchers and hitters, as well as youths of all ages, focusing on their mechanics and mental preparation. Aldrey’s vision of 7AR is to instill discipline, work ethic as well as moral principles. Aldrey is extremely excited about the opportunity to build the 7AR baseball program from the ground level, and has very high expectations for his athletes both in the classroom and on the field.

Robinson Chirinos

Robinson Chirinos is a Venezuelan professional baseball catcher for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Tampa Bay Rays, Texas Rangers, Houston Astros, New York Mets and Chicago Cubs. He signed with the Cubs as an undrafted free agent out of Venezuela in 2000.

Investing into yourself is the most important thing you can do as a professional athlete

“Sometimes we worry so much on the swing, and it’s good. You need to have your mechanics, but, you need to work on your mind and mindset. What are you thinking about when you’re hitting?…. We have a guy who goes 0-4 with 3 K’s and the guy who goes 4-4 with 3 doubles and a homer.. he is the same guy and we have to learn to live both.”
